Return Policy for Stampotique Originals

Prior authorization is necessary for ALL returns.  Please contact us before
attempting to return any items.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns on the following items:

• Cut ribbons (any items sold cut by the yard, etc)
• Pens and markers
• Ink pads

Undamaged and Unopened Items

Please email Carol@Stampotique.com to advise that you will be returning items.

Items may be returned within 10 days of the ship date at your expense. Please note excluded items above.

We will not be responsible for refunding original or return postage.

Any returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.

We will refund in the same manner used for the original order.

Damaged Goods

You are to notify us by email to Carol@Stampotique.com of any damaged goods within 3 days of receipt of your order. We will make appropriate arrangements for you to return the goods at our expense.
